Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
